Dates for withdrawing or dropping a course are determined by your home institution. You should become familiar with these dates prior to registering for a course through the Language Exchange/EMAoL Exchange. Please consult your advisor and academic calendar to confirm dates.
During the registration process, students are required to review and acknowledge the following guidelines:
- Dates for withdrawing, adding or dropping a course are determined by the home campus.
- You will initiate withdrawal or drop requests through the EMAoL Exchange/Language Exchange system.
Steps:

Schedule a meeting with your advisor to discuss the implications of withdrawing from the course and how it may affect you.
- Log into the Language Exchange/EMAoL Exchange with your home institution credentials
- Click "My Registered Courses"
- Click "Drop/Withdraw"
If you missed the withdrawal window, you'll see the following alert when you click the "Drop/Withdrawal" button.
It is currently after the withdrawal period. You may no longer withdraw through the Language Exchange/EMAoL Exchange.
