Why Can't I Select a Proctor?
Cannot Provide Close and Constant Supervision: The student's exam requires "Close and Constant" supervision, as determined by their instructor. The proctor does not provide this level of exam supervision. This feature cannot be changed. NOTE: As a matter of policy, UNCO does not allow libraries to offer close and constant exam supervision. This policy is in place because a library’s main responsibility is to its patrons. Therefore, library staff are not able to absolutely monitor a student’s exam from beginning to end.
Exam Scheduling Lead Time: This proctor requires exam appointments to be scheduled a certain number of days in advance. If the proctor has a lead time set up and the proctor would like to accommodate your appointment then the proctor will need to override their lead time in UNCO. Only the proctor can override their lead time.
No Availability and/or Capacity: The proctor does not have any availability and/or capacity during your exam window. If the proctor would like to accommodate your exam appointment then the proctor needs to increase their availability and/or capacity. NOTE: In some exam appointment situations, the proctor may need to adjust both their scheduling lead time and availability/capacity. Only the proctor can adjust their availability/capacity.
