Contacting UNC Online
For assistance with exam proctoring or for questions about your student's WebCam Proctor (Examity) appointment, please log into UNC Online and click on "Contact" to create a ticket.
How do I submit a ticket?
- Log into UNC Online
- Click "Contact" (located at the top of the page, horizontal toolbar)
- Complete the ticket and click "Submit."
NOTE: There is not a 24 hour support for UNC Online. Tickets will be answered as soon as a staff member is available, typically within 24 hours. Inquiries submitted on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day.
If you cannot log into UNC Online then you can still submit a ticket by using these steps.
Replying via the ticketing system/email is the preferred method of communication between users and UNC Online. It allows for us to keep accurate records of the issues as they occur.
