Why am I getting a "duplicate transaction" error?
The duplicate transaction message is a safety feature, created by your credit card company, to prevent duplicate charges. This duplicate transaction message is sent to you when a purchase is from the same retailer/vendor for the same or similar amount (i.e., exam appointments that cost the same).
To eliminate this issue, separate payments by 1 to 2 hours or use a different credit card.
