If you are a full-time UNC system student there is no additional charge for courses that you register for through UNC Online (it is covered by your tuition just as if you were taking it at your home campus, and there is no ‘billing’ for it from the host school).
If you are a part-time UNC system student you will pay the home campus hourly rate for the course, and it will be billed to your home campus. If there is a specific class that you are interested in, you must check with your home campus registrar to confirm the course rate.
If you are a non-degree seeking you must register with the campus offering your desired course (you cannot register for courses through UNC Online). You must check with the school’s registrar to confirm the course rate. Click here to learn more about becoming a non-degree seeking student.
