During the scheduling process, you may find a proctor you are trying to select for the first time, or have scheduled with for another exam previously, is grayed out and not selectable for your current exam. To find out why this particular proctor is unavailable, please mouse-over the proctor to view a tooltip describing the reason.
The most common reasons you may be unable to select a proctor are:
1. Your exam requires Close and Constant supervision, which this proctor cannot provide.
2. Your proctor requires exams to be scheduled a certain amount of business days in advance. NOTE: If this is the case, please contact your proctor to request an exam scheduling override, which will allow you to schedule your exam appointment.
3. The proctor does not have any openings during your exam window. This may be due to their hours of operation or that they simply do not have any spots available. Please contact the proctor to see if they would be interested in expanding their availability during your exam window if you would like to select this location.
