Who should I contact if I need help?
For assistance with exam proctoring please login to your UNC Online Exam Proctoring account (http://proctors.northcarolina.edu) and click on "Contact" to create a ticket.
The new ticketing system will route your question to the correct contact person and will allow the entire UNC Online Exam Proctoring team to view the ticket (this is efficient when someone is out of the office).
How do I submit a ticket?
- Visit http://online.northcarolina.edu
- Click "Login" (located in the upper right corner)
- Select the appropriate category
- Enter your credentials
- Click "Contact" (located at the top of the page)

NOTE: There is not a 24 hour support line for the exam proctoring network. Tickets will be answered as soon as a staff member is available, typically within 24 hours. Typically, inquiries submitted on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day.
