For assistance with exam proctoring please login to UNC Online and click on "Contact" to create a ticket.
How do I submit a ticket?
- Login to UNC Online
- Click "Contact" (located at the top of the page, horizontal toolbar)
- Complete the ticket and click "Submit."
NOTE: There is not a 24 hour support for UNC Online. Tickets will be answered as soon as a staff member is available, typically within 24 hours. Inquiries submitted on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day.
If you cannot login to UNC Online then you can still submit a ticket by using these steps.
