I'm Having Issues with My WebCam Appt. Who Should I Contact?
The WebCam Proctor, Examity, offers technical support all day, every day (24/7/365). If something goes wrong either before or during an exam, students can connect with Examity's support team:

If you are unable to reach webcam representatives, submit a ticket to UNC Online.
How do I submit a ticket?
- Log into UNC Online
- Click "Contact" (located at the top of the page, horizontal toolbar)
- Complete the ticket and click "Submit."
NOTE: There is not a 24 hour support for UNC Online. Tickets will be answered as soon as a staff member is available, typically within 24 hours. Inquiries submitted on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day.
