Appointment Schedule & Capacity
To edit the schedule for a day of the week that is already on your calendar (i.e., default weekly availability)
- Log into UNC Online
- Go to "Schedule & Capacity"

Editing the Default Appointment Start Time & Capacity for a specific day of the week:
- On the main "Schedule & Capacity" page:
- "Click" on the default schedule for the day of the week you want to edit
- A new window will open, where you can edit that specific day of the week
- To edit Appointment Start Times for a specific day of the week
- Click "Custom" under "Appointments Can Start"
- Select from the drop down
- Click "Submit"
- To edit the Number of Seats for a specific day of the week
- Click "Custom" under "Capacity Type"
- click on "+" or "-" to either add or remove capacity
- Click "Submit"
- You will be routed back to the main "Schedule & Capacity" page
- To Save All the Changes just made, click "Save All Changes."

Editing Default Capacity & Default Appointment Start Times for every day you are available:
- On the main "Schedule & Capacity" page:
- To edit Default Capacity for every day you are available
- Click on "+" or "-" to either add or remove Default Capacity
- To edit Appointment Start Times for every day you are available
- Select from the drop down under "By Default Appointments Can Start:"
- To Save All the Changes you just made, click "Save All Changes."
- To edit Default Capacity for every day you are available

Editing the Default Schedule for a specific day of the week:
- On the main "Schedule & Capacity" page:
- Click and drag the day's schedule to the desired time frame
- You will be routed back to the main "Schedule & Capacity" page
- To Save All the Changes just made, click "Save All Changes."

Adding a New Day to your schedule:
- On the main "Schedule & Capacity" page:
- Click and drag on the day of the week to the desired availability
- Edit the appointment start times & capacity, as needed
- Click "Submit"
- You will be routed back to the main "Schedule & Capacity" page
- To Save All the Changes just made, click "Save All Changes."

Removing a day from your schedule:
- On the main "Schedule & Capacity" page:
- Mouse over the day and click on the "X"
- Inside the Alert Window, click "Yes" to delete and click "No" to preserve the day
- By clicking "Yes" the day is removed from your schedule
- You will be routed back to the main "Schedule & Capacity" page
- To Save All the Changes just made, click "Save All Changes."
