Adding (or Removing) a Helper to the Proctor License
If your exam proctoring license is an organizational license, and you are the primary licensee, then you can add helpers to the license.
Helpers can access exam materials and finalize exam appointments.
Helpers act as backup if the primary account holder is busy or out of the office.
All organizational proctoring license holders are strongly encouraged to have at least one helper for the license.
Helpers must have the same email domain name as the primary account holder and must agree to the UNC Online guidelines (http://online.northcarolina.edu/exams/become.php).
To add a helper please use the following steps:
2. Select the "Licenses" filter (located at the top of the page)
3. Click on the license
4. Add helpers* (enter their first name, last name and email address)
5. Remove helper (click on the trashcan icon beside the person's name)
6. Click "Save Changes"
If a helper is not a UNC system employee, they will receive an automated email message prompting them to create a UNC Online account (login ID and password). They must create an account to become a registered helper. Please follow up with the helper to confirm they received the automated email message (they may need to check their junk folder for the message) and created an account.
