NOTE: There is not a 24 hour support line for the exam proctoring network. Tickets will be answered as soon as a staff member is available, typically within 24 hours. Typically, inquiries submitted on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day.
If you have a question about an exam appointment (for example, returned or missing exam materials), contact the proctor for help. The proctor's contact information is included on your UNC Online "Class Roster" tab.
