Contact the faculty member if the student is experiencing a technical issue with an online exam (do not share or discuss the exam password with the student) or there are questions about a paper based exam.
The faculty member's emergency contact information is included on the proctor instruction sheet. You must log into UNC Online (http://proctors.northcarolina.edu) to download the proctor instruction sheet from your UNC Online account.

NOTE: There is not a 24 hour support line for the exam proctoring network. Tickets will be answered as soon as a staff member is available, typically within 24 hours. Typically, inquiries submitted on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day.
