Who should I contact if there is an exam emergency?
Contact the instructor if the student is experiencing a technical issue with an online exam (do not share or discuss the exam password with the student) or there are questions about a paper based exam.
The instructor's emergency contact information is included on the proctor instruction sheet. You must log into UNC Online to download the proctor instruction sheet from your UNC Online account.

NOTE: There is not a 24 hour support line for the exam proctoring network. Tickets will be answered as soon as a staff member is available, typically within 24 hours. Typically, inquiries submitted on weekends or holidays are answered on the next business day.
