Students must provide the following information when they register for a course that requires prerequisite work:
-What class and/or previous experience(s) do you believe satisfies the prerequisite?
-For course(s), please include course name(s) & number(s), institution(s) attended, date(s) taken, and any other relevant details.
The prerequisite information will be shared for review by the instructor of the course. They will receive an automated enrollment notification message when the student registers for the course through UNC Online. The message will be similar to the one listed below:
