How do I submit a ticket?
1. Visit https://online.northcarolina.edu/unconline/exdetails.php and click "Login".

Note: "Login" is located on the upper right corner. You will be prompted to select your campus and enter your campus credentials (the same user ID and password you use to access your university email account).
2. Click "Contact".
3. Enter your message and click "Submit".
