How do I submit a ticket?

1. Visit https://online.northcarolina.edu/unconline/exdetails.php and click Login.

Note: "Login" is located on the upper right corner. You will be prompted to select your campus and enter your campus credentials (the same user ID and password you use to access your university email account).

 

2. Click Contact

 

 

3. Enter your message and click Submit
