I cannot login. What do I do?
If you cannot login there are 2 ways to contact UNC Online – using the “Help” link or using the “Contact” link.
Click on “Help” located on the top, horizontal toolbar
Click on “Students”
Under “Exam Scheduling Instructions” click on “How do I login to UNC Online Exam Proctoring”
Click on “Contact” located on the top, horizontal toolbar
Click on your appropriate school and follow the login steps. If, after following those steps, you still cannot login then click on “No Institution or Proctor ID”
Complete the ticket, including your full name, university email, nature of your inquiry, and any relevant comments. Click “Submit.”
