You can be blocked from registering, dropping or withdrawing from a course for various reasons. Holds can initiate from your home campus, host campus, or UNC Online.
If you encounter a hold from your home campus or host campus, enter a message to the registrar and click the "Submit to Registrar" button (see screenshot below). This process will automatically notify the registrar and they will be able to decide next steps (they can review, override and clear holds through their UNC Online account).
