Drops can occur for a number of reasons (technical error, nonpayment, non-attendance, non-participation, etc.) and can initiate from your home campus or host campus.
If you were dropped from a course, and you feel that the drop might be an error, please log into UNC Online and submit a support ticket. Someone from UNC Online support services will contact you.
How do I submit a ticket?
1. Visit http://online.northcarolina.edu
2. Click "Login" (located in the upper right corner)
3. Select your campus
4. Enter your campus credentials
5. Click "Contact" (located at the top of the page)
